1. Shipping Zones & Rates
We ship to all 27 European Union member states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location.
- Standard EU Shipping: Delivery within 12–14 business days.
- Express EU Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on all EU orders over €150.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
- Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Peak seasons or customs checks may cause minor delays.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU Consumer Protection Rules, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason, even if you just changed your mind If your order is not customized. i.e made to measure
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your clothing arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Please contact us immediately at info@bluerollsbespoke.com with photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
- Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages if you provide an incorrect shipping address.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Buyer is responsible for Custom or any other duties.
