BlueRolls is a bespoke clothing company offering custom-made outfits based on the specifications provided by our customers. Our website provides a platform for customers to browse and place orders for custom clothing.
2. Orders and Customization
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate measurements and design preferences. BlueRolls will create your custom outfit based on these details. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made unless specified under our Return & Exchange policy.
3. Payment
All payments for orders are due upon submission. We accept secure payment methods. Your payment details will be processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information.
4. Delivery
We strive to fulfill orders within the stated turnaround time, typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and our workload. Estimated delivery times will be specified on the product page and during checkout. Any delays due to customs or external factors are not the responsibility of BlueRolls.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before stitching or cutting of the fabric begins for your order. Once the garment is being processed, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
6. Returns and Exchanges
As all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a defect or was not made according to the specifications provided. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
We offer custom and personalized orders, including group orders. Please contact us for group pricing and further details. We also accept requests for custom designs not listed in our store. If you have an idea or inspiration for a custom piece, please reach out to us.
8. Rush Orders
A rush order fee of 40 Pounds will apply if you require expedited processing and shipping. Rush orders are prioritized and will be processed within 5-10 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the BlueRolls website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BlueRolls and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content from our site without prior permission.
